Aria Residences

Aria Residences is a boutique development in Denman Prospect with seven townhouses all with their own private courtyard. Accent plantings chosen for their low maintenance properties with a combination of Magnolia trees and Japanese maple trees planted throughout the development to provide a unique outlook for each townhouse.

Glauca pencil pines were planted along the front and rear fence lines to create a unique, distinguishable exterior as well as provide additional privacy for residents.
